summer season at Redwood Creek.
Listed below is a new set
of basic bylaws / guidelines for 2006. There will be no storage fee this

supply is minimal toward
the end of the season, dogs need to be on leashes, and
obey the speed limit signs. We are looking
forward to
another great season with
lots of smiles, laughter, and sunshine for all of us.
Bamboo fencing will be available in the
springtime if you need it @ $30.00. per.

Bylaws (Basics):
1)
Upon entering and exiting Chezem R.V.,
always remember to close the gate.
2)
When driving a vehicle in Chezem R.V.
always drive slowly. 5 mph will keep things peaceful. Never operate a vehicle
(car, truck, motor bike, golf cart, ect...ect...) in such a way that it creates
dusts behind you or becomes a nuisance.
3)
When occupying your campsite a member of
the immediate tenancy should be present.
4)
Only two vehicles per campsite. (When
more parking is needed please make plans accordingly.)
5) Please
be careful.
Any campsite hosting a campfire should have at a
minimum at least one shovel (In good shape) and at least 50’ of water hose ready
to use. Campfires are to only be in a suitable contained area and all adjacent
areas clear of combustible materials. Please clear any low hanging limbs above
fire area before making a camp fire and remember dry bamboo fencing is very
flammable.
6) No fireworks will be permitted except in
controlled areas. These areas must be on level ground and clear of any
combustible materials). Anyone witnessing the careless use of fireworks is to
tell the person or person’s to stop.
7)
When campsite is unoccupied please make
sure all stereos, lights, bug zappers, cooking equipment, fires in pits, ect…ect…are
out.
8)
Quiet time in camp is between 10:00 PM
and 7:00 AM. Please hold the noise down between these hours.
9)
No children near river without an adult.
10)
All fence and deck building projects
need to meet with Chezem R.V. Camp Ground and State guidelines.
Fiberglass and Metal building materials are considered permanent and are not
congruent with established theme.
11)
Trailer sewer drains need to be hooked up
to a gray water transfer tank/cart at all times.
12)
There is no dumping or disposing of
rubbish over the bank of campground. All leaves and limb pruning need to be
placed on big burn pile on top of hill.
13)
All service connections are to be
disconnected from trailers for storage from October 1st to April 30th.
14) There is no leaving or storing of materials
on outside of campsites.
15) Campsite tenants please remember to inform
all your guest of these common courtesies (Be Responsible).
Reservation and Minimum
Payment Schedule:
Chezem R.V. appreciates everyone’s participation in R.V. camping and summer
recreation. It’s the policy of the camp ground to insist on a minimum of 30-day
notice of vacancy. That is to say that the party that is giving their space up
is responsible for rents owed for the next 30 days or until Chezem R.V. has
filled the space (Not to exceed 30 days). It’s also the policy of the camp
ground to expect all tenets to pay a minimum of one month rent that is due on or
before each month of occupancy beginning on May 1st. (1year =1 year /
number of payment up to 5). For the summer season of 2006 rent will be
$875.00. An increase from $150.00 per. month to $175.00 per. month. Everyone
hosting a full sized outside refrigerator is to pay an additional $20.00 per
month (a small or ½ sized refrigerator is exempt) . This is due to an
excessive usage of power that has increased with the ambient outside temperature
and not consistent with populated usage. A.K.A. old inefficient previously
retired refrigerators. The camps that have volunteered to only run there outside
refrigerators when occupied by them or guest and unplug the unit when the
camp is un occupied have made a considerable contribution and will not be
charged the fee.
Security:
New lock installed on front
gate to camp for increased security. New key enclosed with 2006 letter.
Tike Hut Delayed a Little:
We are at the present time in the process of having some fir trees milled by a
private party (Lucky G.). The plan is to demolish and burn the old Tiki Hut
structure and then construct a deck with railing/fence and lean-to/awning over
the back half. The patio part of the new design will stay open to the sky for
now but can be added to in the future.
A
Note on A.T.V. Vehicles:
The use of A.T.V. vehicles at Chezem R.V. Camp Ground is being permited on
the grounds that they are riding on roads and properly maintained trails.
A.T.V.’s must be quiet and have the Forest service approved spark arresters.
Primary intended use of A.T.V.’s is to remain as transportation only. Off
road use and/or aggressive riding habits will cause us to ban all A.T.V. use at
Chezem R.V. campground. If you ride or own an A.T.V. you have a
responsibility to all A.T.V. owners to build a good responsible reputation.
Termination
and or Sale of RV:
There will be absolutely no sales of trailers in connection with Chezem
R.V. Campground spaces. It is the utmost desire that we at Chezem RV
Camp Ground operate our camp ground with the highest degree of fairness. As a
seller / buyer one should never consider a RV space to weigh against the
assessed value of the RV it’s self. Tenants of Chezem RV Camp Ground are
required to maintain their RV in a roadworthy condition and with a current
vehicle registration. Chezem RV Camp Ground prefers that tenants loosing
interest in Chezem RV Camp Ground vacate their RV space allowing for the next
party from the list to occupy the space. It is that simple.
